hey, if patrolling the isles , vendors, people just sitting there, people parking with police dogs, and the gastopo tactics weren’t enough to satisfy them and keep them feeling drug free- good riddance, your loss. big time.
if you patrolled lake placid and whiteface mountain / willmington area on a friday saturday night with police dogs and random body searches divided by sex, you would come up with similar arrest rates. i saw someone arrested for conceiling a sealed handle of whiskey – common people.
