7:45 AM – Seeing reports that things are coming back up in the USA, but not yet here in NNY.
8:00 AM – Happy to report that I’m logged in. FF extensions still buggy, but that’s OK. Weird, I had to fill in a CAPTCHA after logging in, but before the Inbox. Never had that before.

I quit Chrome after trying it for a bit. Can’t bother with learning another browser right now.
Your suggestion about Chrome and Gmail is scary.
I doubt they would make their apps only work in Chrome – until/unless they have a clear market-share. Then we might be screwed.
On the other hand, if you’re running a Windows-less computer with a Google Operating system, you might not care or notice.
