I just moved from LA to Ithaca NY last August.
I’m pretty sure thats the 10 Freeway near Culver City. I used to live near there and believe me, you do not wish you had traffic like that.
Heh, me too, kind of. I grew in LA, eventually ended here.
One summer I took a summer course at UCLA. It entailed having to travel there during rush hour both ways. Biking took 45 minutes each way, including parking from Marina del Rey. It was an intense 12-mile time-trial through Venice and Santa Monica. Way better than driving.
